This past week, we had the opportunity to travel down to Miami Beach, Florida with Loretta's parents. It was an amazing time, and the weather was beautiful. We got to relax on the beach & by the pool, ate delicious food, and overall really enjoyed ourselves (other than Loretta's anxiety about getting on a plane!).

Although we didn't do much yoga, we did go for a run one day & practiced some poses while poolside at the hotel.
